Good morning ladies and Gentlemen, It is a great honor to speak to you gentlemen in Iran because of our long long good relations between Germany and Iran. It’s really pleasure to talk today and if we try to get the CNG site, then we can show you some interesting figures. because all the other people pointed out that we really have a great challenge. There is technical assistance maybe, because this computer is not working ……. ok … ok ….. so what we heard before was that quality is the headman for everything because safety and security is the achievement of quality and quality starts with the concept and in planning, and VTF group, located in Europe, having from Germany, going together was a meeting leading manufacturers of the machinery to produce the equipment, and based on our experience, we said ok, quality has a wall as we cross. What we see in CNG, that the growth of the market and the population will be really increasing all over the world, and notably in Asia and Pacific region and not only in Iran. And what I wanted to talk about, is the introduction of a short briefing because we all want to discuss and want to make business and have the optimum points in the exhibition. Some facts and figures, so the facts that you already mentioned, all the figures, and I would like to talk about leading technologies, then briefly talk about the idea what the challenge is, and what we have to talk when we talk about equipment and infrastructure. Quality grows in the products and we need the knowhow and the intelligence. The liability and competitive advantages, and we should talk about value for money invested in the CNG challenge. What we all know, is some equipment of the market which is let say frankly critical. And we saw the pictures in the new presentation about what could happen if the components are not right, etcetera. So if you invest in this challenge, you should focus on quality and safety. And the other guest showed something about what could and what should be done to push this CNG technology. So what is the VTF group ding? We are gathering manufactures, know how engineering in the company and focusing on our quality values which are lead technologies, highest quality, highest liability and best value for money, best delivery conditions, and at the end of the day best finance performing on both sides for manufactures and suppliers. I was in Germany in a city close to Frankfurt where General Motors was producing hybrid cars. I was working for General Motors as an executive and after having all the experiences in automobile industry, we decided to put all our knowhow and intelligence and expertise into VTF group AG. Facts and figures were already studied so you see that the consumers are ranking this as number one, 2006 and 2007 have the new figures actually. Then the producers you see what they are doing. At the moment Iran is number 5 in reserves, there is decrease of resources. We can see here there is more population now, for the reserves. And if we look at NGV, on the market, Europe has 11 percent, even if Europe is one of the leading car manufacturers. But it has less market share of NGV, Brazil, Iran has 4 percent. Argentina, Pakistan, China has nothing unfortunately, India is coming and North America including Canada, maybe now they have a change of mind in their policies. The white section is showing the number of stations. The numbers show that we have a great challenge for Iran to recruit a number of stations. We think that a part of government is vital to this issue. And if you invest your money, you should get really the full return of your invest, and we can see all the perspectives positive for Iran, now we have environmental pressure, we have economical pressure, we have recent opportunities of start the leading technology. This could mean a shift of pattern in Iran. It starts with the probe of concepts, definition of the targets. You really have to know what to do. We know that if you are talking in the first step about replacing gasoline cars with CNG cars, this is the step you can put close to in a very short time. But with the fact that you should focus on what is your plan for pre developing and developing future. What you have to do if you want to push new cars in CNG. So we talk about current situation of technology with CNG, mostly the type 1, but other types too if you start with the predevelopment of cars.
Leading technologies are preparing on expertise for our clients.
This is a confusing chart of the diameters, so you need to have the knowhow and everything about the numbers and the sizes. And this means quality. Don’t forget. I’ll show you some pictures which mixing up a little bit the main pictures shows how cars coming out of the production of equipment and at the right side, you see the way replacement is done in cars. So what we focus, because we have a current project in Iran , which is the production of cylinders type 1, and the VTF group is to supply all manufacturing production lines for the equipment you need for this, and for the next step that's for five to ten years. Apparently we talk about how to take the equipment and how to manufacture equipments in Iran. You know, the market price is increasing because of the resources of the material. So we focus in our full step, to set up manufacturing and domestic made with domestic market and opportunities of the export market. And this is high precision and we not only invest in this sector, could you join us in our next exhibition, first of all lighter because they are number one need in the neck and they are highly reputable in the business. We are all happy we are doing special purpose, but they are very specialized. They are some pictures because their quality is good. And finally it's a little bit marketing of the price. So we as VTF group, do systematically investigate and research and comparison of supplies, products and capabilities to meet the expectations of our clients. We talk to our clients and then check our suppliers to see which way is right, and we check them all with our quality values. And with selection of suppliers, we present this way for production for replacement or development. This is the way we work and we are successful. Value for money, again, invest leading technology, ask for highest quality, for highest reliability, best deliver for money, and best financial problems. Our engineers have a lot of ideas and experience in CNG. We talk a lot of quality and safety business. It has to be efficiency products. It has to be profitable for private investors and public investors. And you need to use intelligence, and the intelligence is as really open and at the end of the day the whole business is trust, trust and technology. Thank you very much, thank you the organizers.

صبح بخیر خانم‌ها و آقایان. افتخار بزرگی است که با شما در ایران صحبت می کنم چون روابط بسیار بسیار خوب و طولانی میان ایران و آلمان وجود دارد. جای خوشوقتی است که من امروز در اینجا صحبت می کنم، و اگر به قسمت CNG برویم، می توانیم به شما شکل‌های جالبی را نشان دهیم. چون تمامی افراد گفتند که ما چالش بزرگی پیش رو داریم. آیا دستیار فنی داریم؟ این کامپیوتر کار نمی‌کند. خوب ..... خوب ...... آنچه شنیدیم این بود که کیفیت پیشتاز همه چیزهاست چون ایمنی و امنیت حاصل کیفیت است و کیفیت هم با درک و برنامه ریزی آغاز می‌شود. گروه VTF، در اروپا واقع شده و شرکتی است آلمانی که با تولیدکنندگان برتر این زمینه برای تولید تجهیزات نشست‌هایی دارد. بر اساس تجربه، ما فهمیدیم که حتماً باید به سطح مطلوب کیفیت برسیم. در مورد CNG می بینیم که رشد بازار و جمعیت در تمام دنیا وجود دارد و در حال افزایش یافتن است. به خصوص در آسیا و منطقه اقیانوس آرام و نه فقط در ایران. من می خواهم درباره کلیات صحبت کنم چون ما همگی می‌خواهیم درباره تجارت صحبت کنیم و در این نمایشگاه به حداکثر استفاده برسیم. ما اعداد و ارقامی داریم که پیشتر ذکر شدند. من دوستدارم درباره فناوری‌های جدید صحبت کنم و اینکه چالش‌های جدی کدامند، و نیز اینکه هنگام صحبت در مورد تجهیزات و زیرساخت‌ها به چه چیزهایی باید توجه کرد. کیفیت محصولات در حال افزایش است و ما به دانش فنی و اطلاعات نیاز داریم. اعتبار و ویژگی‌های رقابتی اهمیت زیادی دارند و ما باید درباره ارزش پول سرمایه گذاری شده در CNG نیز هوشیار باشیم. ما همه می‌دانیم که تجهیزات در بازار از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. در صفحه نمایش عکس‌هایی را دیدیم و شاهد بودیم که اگر اجزا درست نباشند، چه اتفاقی می‌افتد. پس اگر در این زمینه سرمایه گذاری می کنید، باید روی ایمنی و امنیت تمرکز کنید. میهمان دیگر چیزهایی را نشان دادند درباره اینکه چه کارهایی باید انجام شود تا فناوری CNG پیشرفت کند. اما گروه VTF. ما تولیدکنندگان و نیز دانش فنی مهندسی را در شرکتمان گرد هم می‌آوریم و سپس روی ارزش‌های کیفی متمرکز می‌شویم که برای بالاترین فناوری‌ها، بهترین کیفیت‌ها و بیشترین حد اطمینان لازم هستند. همچنین به ارزش پول، بهترین شرایط حمل و نهایتاً به مسائل مالی تولید کننده و تامین کننده نیز توجه می کنیم. من در آلمان و در شهری نزدیک فرانکفورت، برای شرکت جنرال موتورز کار می کردم. این شرکت خودروهای هیبریدی تولید می‌کند. من به عنوان مدیر برایشان کار می‌کردم و با کسب تمام تجربیات در صنعت خودرو، ما تصمیم گرفتیم تمام دانش، اطلاعات و تخصص خود را در قالب شرکن VTF group AG گردآوری کنیم. اعداد و ارقام پیش از این بررسی شدند. بنابراین شما می بینید که مصرف‌کنندگان، آن را به عنوان شماره یك انتخاب کرده اند، در واقع سال 2006 و 2007، اعداد و ارقام جدید دارند. و سپس می‌بینید که تولیدکنندگان چه می‌کنند. در حال حاضر ایران از لحاظ منابع در رتبه 5 قرار دارد. البته کاهش منابع هم وجود دارد. اکنون جمعیت در مقایسه با منابع زیاد شده است. و اگر به خودروهای گازسوز دقت کنیم، در بازار، اروپا 11 درصد را به خود اختصاص داده است. با اینکه از بزرگترین تولیدکنندگان خودرو است. اما سهم کمتری از بازار خودروهای گازسوز در اختیار دارد. سپس برزیل، و ایران 4 درصد دارد. سپس کشورهایی مثل پاکستان، آرژانتین، چین سهمی ندارد، هند کم کم دارد وارد می شود. آمریکای شمالی شامل کانادا به فکر تغییر نگرش خود افتاده اند. قسمت سفید نشان دهنده تعداد جایگاه‌های سوخت است. عددها نشان می‌دهند که در ایران با چالش جدی روبرو هستیم و باید تعداد زیادی جایگاه بسازیم. و در این میان نقش دولت بسیار حیاتی است. اگر پول خود را سرمایه گذاری می کنید، باید کل سرمایه تان به شما برگردد. تمام زمینه‌ها برای ایران مثبت است. ما اکنون با فشارهای زیست محیطی و فشارهای اقتصادی روبرو هستیم. اخیراً موقعیت‌های خوبی برای فناوری‌های پیشرفته وجود دارد. و این به معنای تغییر الگوها در ایران است. این تغییر با بررسی مفاهیم و تعریف اهداف آغاز می شود. شما باید دقیقاً بدانید چه کار دارید می کنید. ما می دانیم که اگر شما صحبت از جایگزینی خودروهای بنزینی با گازسوز می کنید؛ در مدت بسیار کوتاهی می توانید این کار را انجام دهید. اما با توجه به این مساله که باید روی برنامه های پیش از تولید و تولید در آینده، دقت کنید. باید ببینید برای تولید خودروهای گازسوز جدید باید چه کار کنید. ما درباره فناوری جدید CNG صحبت می‌کنیم، عمدتاً نوع 1، اما اگر شما شروع کنید به پیش تولید خودروها، انواع دیگر نیز در برنامه وجود خواهند داشت.

فناوری‌های پیشرفته بر اساس تخصص ما به مشتری ارائه می شوند. این جدولی پیچیده است از قطرهای مختلف. شما باید دانش فنی و اعداد و اندازه‌ها را داشته باشید. و این یعنی کیفیت. فرانوش نکنید. من به شما تصاویری نشان خواهم داد که در آن خودروهایی را نشان می‌دهد که با تجهیزات در حال تولید شدن هستند و در سمت راست جایگزینی را در خودروها می بینید. به خاطر اینکه الان در ایران پروژه ای داریم، عمده تمرکز ما روی تولید سیلندرهای نوع 1 است، و گروه VTF، تمام خطوط تولید تجهیزات مورد نیاز شما را تامین خواهد کرد. و مرحله بعدی، 5 تا 10 سال آینده خواهد بود. ما باید درباره چگونگی تولید تجهیزات در ایران صحبت کنیم. شما می‌دانید که قیمت بازار به خاطر منابع و مواد، در حال افزایش است. بنا براین هدف نهایی و کلی ما راه اندازی خط تولید داخلی برای بازار داخلی، و سپس فرصت‌هایی برای صادرات است. ما تنها در این بخش سرمایه گذاری نمی کنیم و شما می‌توانید در نمایشگاه بعدی ما را همراهی کنید. تولید فندک نیز در برنامه کار ماست چون بیش از هر چیز مورد نیاز است. این قبیل چیزها خیلی تخصصی هستند. تصاویری از آنها می بینیم. کیفیت آنها خیلی خوب است. و بالاخره بازاریابی قیمت‌ها. ما به عنوان گروه VTF، بطور سیستماتیک، بازرسی و بررسی و تحقیق می کنیم و محصولات را با هم مقایسه می کنیم تا بتوانیم انتطارات مشتریای خود را برآورده سازیم. ما با مشتریها صحبت می کنیم و سپس تامین کننده‌ها را کنترل می کنیم تا راه درست را پیدا کنیم. ما همه این ارزیابی‌ها و کنترل‌ها را با ارزش‌های کیفی خود انجام می‌دهیم. و با انتخاب تامین کننده‌های قطعات، آماده تولید یا جایگزینی هستیم. ما به این شکل کار می کنیم و در کارمان هم موفق هستیم. بازهم می گویم ارزش پول، سرمایه گذاری در فناوری پیشرفته، و خواستن بالاترین کیفیت، بهترین نحوه جابجایی پول، و مسائل اقتصادی. مهندسان ما ایده‌های زیادی درباره CNG دارند. ما خیلی درباره کیفیت و ایمنی در کارمان صحبت می کنیم. محصولات ما باید کارایی خوبی داشته باشند وهم برای سرمایه گذار خصوصی و هم سرمایه گذار عمومی، سودآور باشد. شما باشد از اطلاعات استفاده کنید. و در پایان باید بگویم کل تجارت اعتماد و اعتماد و نیز فناوری است. بسیار ممنونم از برگزارکنندگان.
